Walker Art Gallery

Year 2 visited the Walker Art Gallery and had a wonderful time. They explored the gallery looking for clues on the trail maps, which was very interesting. Later, Y2 became inspired by the artist Peter Blake when they attended a workshop with one of the gallery artists. Everyone worked very well to produce some excellent art. After lunch, there was time to have fun in the Big Art area where they could dress up, make collages and colourings and look at the different ways artists made art through the ages.
